Payment: All payments must be received in full before your order is processed.
Currency: All prices on the Website are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if we detect fraudulent activity or incorrect information.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Times: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of purchase.
Delivery Charges: Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
International Orders: For orders outside of the United Kingdom, additional customs or import duties may apply, which the buyer is responsible for.
Please note that once an order is shipped, de Lacey Jewellery is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item sustains damage, please contact us at delaceyjewellery@gmail.com to discuss return for repair.
Refunds cannot be issued, except in exceptional cases, at the discretion of de Lacey Jewellery.
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at delaceyjewellery@gmail.com to initiate exchange and reserve desired piece. Replacement item will be shipped on receival of returned item and settlement of any outstanding balance.
Custom or personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Buyer pays return postage.
